The text of most recent dream reports from participants in the Demographic Survey 2010 and other sources. The exact question for the Demographic Survey 2010: Please describe your most recent dream, either from last night or within the last week, in as much detail as possible. The response is limited to 3000 characters. I was helping my mother get some things from her house before it was sold. (That has already happened; she is in an assisted living home) The house was actually my grandmother's house, and she was there telling us where to look. My grandmother is dead. My father (deceased) was there helping pack as well, and so was my husband. I found some of the things that we had missed in the real life packing up of mother's things. We packed them into the back of my SUV, and then mother got into the back seat and had us put as much small stuff on the seat beside her as we could. I found some books she wanted and some scarves and put them in beside her. When we were loaded up, my husband drove and I sat in the passenger seat so I could talk with my mother. It was nice as she was pleasant, unlike her real life angry, bitter self.

The text of earliest remembered dream reports from participants in the Demographic Survey 2010 and other sources. I was ice skating and there was a hippopotamus in a tutu skating on the rink as well. (I'd recently seen "Fantasia") Whenever the hippo was opposite from me on the rink, the ice would tilt down and I would start to slide downward. I was pretty scared, both in the dream and out of it.

The text of worst nightmare reports from participants in the Demographic Survey 2010 and other sources. Exact question: Please describe the worst nightmare you can remember, from any period of your life, in as much detail as you can. Response is limited to 3000 characters. Since I understand that dreams are things that are trying to tell me something, I don't consider my dreams, regardless of how horrific as nightmares. I've never awakened screaming from a dream. Not even from the hippo dream.
